The Sunday Leader editor Lasantha Wickramatunga died after having critical surgary

The Sunday Leader editor Lasantha Wickramatunga died after having critical surgary. He has been shot and injured a little while ago by unidentified gunmen while driving his vehicle. After being shot on the head he was rushed to Kalubowiila Hospital. The shooting took place near the Malagalage School on the Attidiya-Mt. Lavinia road.
